Article 57

 

The MIA and MSA Internal control exercises control of their members' work and authorization.

 

Head of the Internal control is directly subordinated to MIA or MSA director, to whom he regularly reports on work and possible misuse of authority and irregularities in MIA and MSA work.

Head of the Internal control is obliged to inform the Inspector General, or even an authorized Parliamentary board, when necessary, that is to say when he has information that MSA or MIA director did not remove illegitimacy or irregularities in the work, observed by the Internal control.

 

On demand of the Internal control, and upon decision of MSA or MIA director, a member of MIA or MSA is obliged to undergo the security screening, psychophysical assessment, medical check-up, polygraph test and other assessments.
